"You experience fourth density every time you dream, but not every time you sleep. Learning what fourth density is like will allow you to slowly transition to fifth density. To experience fourth density more consciously and to integrate it - it is important to be a lucid in your dreams and to have a good recall of what the dream is trying to tell you so that you can begin integrating it into your life.
This is easiest to achieve when you change your perception of reality while operating in third density daily while awake. Throughout the day it is recommended that you simply ask your self and meditate briefly on the question, “Is this real or am I dreaming?” This wires this question as a habit into your subconscious so that when you are asleep and dreaming you will eventually realize that you are dreaming when this question is asked. When you gain consciousness within your dream you stop operating on subconscious autopilot.
You will also realize the impact of your emotions within this density. Just like Peter Pan, joyful and positive emotions will allow you to fly within the dream and fearful or negative emotions will cause you to sink. This will help you learn how to navigate your lightbody as it develops and you begin to move to higher densities.
Fourth density is a density of integration and transmutation. As you step into the driver seat of your own dreams you are able to start solving things within your own psyche and shadow, allowing for greater clearing and healing. Upon awakening it is recommended to begin recording down these dreams and experiences so that you may begin to see what the dream world is trying to tell and teach you via symbolism so that you may integrate it.”
